While our chefs are from Shanghai, with few exceptions, we source all our vegetables, meat, and fish from Switzerland to be environmentally conscious. This includes one of the wines, Éo, which is produced in the fertile landscape of Zurich. With its elegance and finesse, it pairs wonderfully with poultry or duck. Chinese cuisine is very elaborate, which is why we may not always have enough dishes prepared on the same day.
